Participants' Entry Requirements : (1) Aged 18 or above; (2) Good physical health condition: (a) normal skin condition, without wounds, allergies or other severe skin problem; (b) no respiratory illness, olfactory problems or nasal allergies. (3) Good mental health condition:  participants are able to communicate effectively in Cantonese or English and able to follow the instructions of trainer.  When neccesary, our company reserves the right to inquire the identity of the participant by asking their HKID, passport, name card or the filling in of registration form.   Our company reserves the final right to reject unsuitable participants with or without causes (e.g. for participant health reasons or IP protection from competitors' reason).  Rejected participant(s) who paid the class can re-sell or transfer the the class to other suitable persons.   All fees paid here are non-refundable for all circumstances.

參加者的報名條件： (1) 18 歲或以上； (2) 身體健康狀況良好： (a) 皮膚狀況正常，沒有傷口、過敏或其他嚴重皮膚問題； (b) 沒有呼吸道疾病、嗅覺問題或鼻過敏。 (3) 良好的心理健康狀況：參與者能以粵語或英語進行有效溝通，並能聽從導師的指示。必要時，本公司保留通過詢問參加者的香港身份證、護照、名片或填寫登記表來查詢參加者身份的權利。我們公司保留最終權利拒絕不合適的參與者，無論有無原因（例如出於參與者健康保護原因或避免競爭對手獲取知識產權）。付費課程被拒絕的參與者可以將課程轉售或轉讓給其他合適的人。在所有情況下，此處支付的所有費用均不予退還。

Grouping of Classes :  Participants can feel free to group themselves into a class of 4 to 8 persons before making purchase.   However, no extra non-paid guest or non-register guest will be entertained upon workshop.   Individual customer who paid single participant fee will be grouped into class by our instructor.

分組方法：參與者可以在購買前隨意將自己組為 4 至 8 人的小組。但是，工作坊不會招待額外的非付費客人或未註冊的客人。單人參加費用的個人客戶，將由我們的導師分組。

Workshop Date/ Time :  Booking of instructor and venue shall be: (option 1) Mon to Fri, from 12pm to 9pm or (option 2) Sat, Sun or Public Holiday, from 12pm to 5pm.  Lead time of preparation:  normally 2 to 4 weeks after the purchase of class, depending on the availability of venue, trainer and materials (especially the order of rare fragrance materials and high quality perfume bottles).  The validity of the workshop is maximum 365 days, i.e. customers shall join the workshop within one year from the purchase day.  Booking of workshop after the validity period shall not be entertained.

工作坊日期/時間： 導師和場地的預訂應為：（選項 1）週一至週五，中午 12 點至晚上 9 點或（選項 2）週六、週日或公眾假期，中午 12 點至下午 5 點。準備開課時間：通常在購買課程後 2 至 4 週，取決於場地、培訓師和材料的準備情況（尤其是稀有香水材料和高品質香水瓶的供應）。工作坊的有效期最長為 365 天，即客戶應在購買之日起一年內加入工作坊。超過有效期的工作坊將不予受理。

Venue Selection :  Customer and instructor will discuss and jointly select a suitable training venue.  The venue could be private or public premises depending on the accessibility, size, rental, availability or the provision of neccessary facilities, e.g. water tap, sink or washroom.  Instructor has the final right to confirm the use of suitable venue.

場地選擇：客戶和講師將討論並共同選擇合適的培訓場地。場地可以是私人或公共場所，具體取決於交通、大小、租金、空檔或必要設施的提供，例如水龍頭、水槽或洗手間。導師有最終決定使用合適場地的權利。

Cancellation : Notice of cancellation or re-scheduling shall be made by WhatsApp to (852) 5347 8111 minimum one day before the scheduled time for private venue.   In case of No. 8 Typhoon or Black Rainstorm hoisting before the workshop, booked class will be cancelled automatically by WhatsApp notice.   Actual situation is subject to the announcement of HK Observatory.  No refund shall be offered for cancellation but re-scheduling will be arranged as soon as possible.   Our company reserves the right to claim for extra fee if there is any extra charge requested by the venue operator.

取消：取消或重新安排的通知應在私人場地預定時間前至少一天通過 WhatsApp 發送至 (852) 5347 8111。工作坊前如遇八號颱風或黑色暴雨，已預約的課程將通過WhatsApp通知自動取消。實際情況以香港天文台公告為準。取消將不予退款，但將盡快重新安排。如果場地運營商要求收取任何額外費用，本公司保留要求收取額外費用的權利。

No Show of Participant :  All workshop fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.   No refund or rescheduling will be offered for no show participant, especially when our instructor has arrived the class venue.

參加者失約：根據本協議支付的所有工作坊費用均不予退還。失約者將不予退款或改期重讀，尤其是當我們的導師及工具已運抵上課地點後。

Publicity : We shall have the right to announce publicly (e.g. showing class picture in social media) that we are providing service to any customer unless any participant advises us, in verbal or writing, to the contrary.

宣傳：我們有權公開宣布我們正在為任何客戶提供服務（例如在社交媒體上展示工作坊圖片），除非任何參與者以口頭或書面形式向我們提出保密要求。

Indemnity :  We shall be responsible for professional and technical quality but we do not accept liability for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for any indirect or consequential losses of customer including the loss of property, personal asset and claims by third parties.  Should for any reason outside our control, our service did not perform or cannot be performed due to the failure of venue set-up, terrorism, extreme weather or industrial action...etc, we shall endeavour to re-schedule but the customer hereby indemnifies and holds us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, which are incurred by the customer.

彌償保證：我們只對自身專業和技術質量負責，但我們不對任何無法合理預見的損失或顧客的任何間接損失或後果（包括個人財產、資產損失和第三方索賠）承擔責任。如果由於我們無法控制的任何原因導致我們無法服務或無法執行，例如由於場地設置失敗、恐怖襲擊、極端天氣或工業行動......等等，我們將努力重新安排工作坊，但顧客特此保證不要求我們對顧客產生的任何和所有損失、損害和費用（包括律師費）作賠償。

Dispute :  Your payment of workshop indicates your agreement to the above terms and conditions.  In the event of any dispute as to the interpretation or execution of workshop, our decision shall be final.

爭議：您向工作坊付款表明您同意上述條款和條件。如對工作坊的解釋或執行有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。
